RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, contact us at info@alturamx.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Color variation
• Buyer’s remorse

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost after review.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification, provided the item is unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. This right applies in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@alturamx.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
