Thank you for shopping with Altura MX. Please review the information below regarding order processing and shipping.


 

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after purchase. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume or holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.

 


 

Shipping Time

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times vary based on destination and carrier performance. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Altura MX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

 


 

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive in more than one package. If this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided.

 


 

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

 


 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Altura MX is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 


 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Altura MX is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. We will assist customers in locating their order when possible by providing tracking information and submitting carrier inquiries when appropriate.
